Jeffery Chua
Jeffrey Chua is the Group Director of Exponent Challenge Technology Asia Pte Ltd (ECTA), bringing over 35 years of experience in outdoor education and adventure learning. A former national rower, sea scout leader, police officer, and Outward Bound Singapore instructor, he is a highly regarded consultant in high and low ropes courses and rock wall design, construction, and safety audits.
Jeffrey is an accredited professional with the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), both as an Operation Reviewer and through leading ECTA to become Asia’s first ACCT Accredited Vendor Member. He is also a qualified teacher, coach, and assessor in multiple disciplines, including swimming, lifesaving, sport climbing, kayaking, and dragon boat rowing.
Yulius Chua
Yulius Chua is the Managing Director of X – Current Pte Ltd, a role he has held since 2008. With over 20 years of experience in outdoor education and adventure training, he specialises in programme leadership, youth development, and organisational management. He has worked extensively with government agencies, educational institutions, and private-sector clients to deliver structured, outcomes-driven experiential learning programmes.
As Managing Director of X – Current Pte Ltd, he oversees programme governance, trainer development, risk management, and operational excellence across outdoor and adventure activities. His professional qualifications include Level 2 Kayaking Coach certification from the Singapore Canoe Federation, National Coaching Accreditation Program Level 1 Theory from the Singapore Sports Council, Powered Pleasure Craft Driving License from the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, and ACCT Level 2 Professional Inspector Certification from ACCT International.
Omar Rosli
Omar Rosli is a certified IRATA Level 3 Rope Access Technician and ACCT Professional Inspector, with extensive experience in rope access, challenge course inspections, and outdoor education. He holds multiple certifications across the adventure and experiential learning fields, including high ropes facilitation, rescue operations, and risk management. Known for his professionalism and safety-first approach, Omar has worked on a variety of adventure structures across Southeast Asia, combining technical expertise with a strong passion for outdoor learning.
Izar Hassan
Izar Hassan is an experienced professional in the outdoor, construction, and oil & gas industries, with expertise in inspection, maintenance, and high-risk operations. My skills include construction and upkeep of challenge rope courses, obstacle courses, and industrial structures, as well as delivering corporate and school training programs. As a certified PPE inspector and rope access professional, I bring a safety-first mindset, technical precision, and the ability to manage complex projects in demanding environments.
Eugene Chua
Eugene Chua holds a Bachelor in Business Management (Major in Events Management) and is a highly credentialed climbing professional with extensive technical and instructional expertise. He is an SSCMF Instructor Assessor, SSCMF Certified National Chief Judge, ACCT Inspector Certified, a certified First Aid + AED and Sports SG Technical Coach Developer.
Eugene is a Technical Consultant and Master Trainer with Exponent Challenge Technology Asia. He is also the Service Center Manager and Preferred ZIPSTOP Installer for TruBlue Technologies devices.
With teaching experience spanning from preschool to corporate programmes since 2002, Eugene has coached institutions such as United World College, ITE College Central, and Temasek Polytechnic.
