A physical inspection of the site must be performed by an ACCT PVM inspector, an ACCT certified Professional Inspector, or a licensed professional engineer.
To be accepted, the inspector must complete the ACCT Professional Inspection Coversheet.
Training
Training Checklist and Affidavit for all current staff.
This Checklist and Affidavit must be completed by the qualified trainer.
A qualified trainer is determined by the Trainer/Tester Qualified Course Professional Guidelines.
Operation Review
The Operation Review shall be conducted by an Operation Reviewer approved by ACCT.
The Operation Reviewer, their organization, and their organization’s owner(s) shall not be directly involved in the operation of the site.
The Operation Reviewer, their organization, and their organization’s owner(s) shall not have a financial interest in the operation seeking accreditation through ownership, employment, or investment.
Conflicts, or perceptions of conflicts related to the accreditation process shall be addressed by the Operation Accreditation Panel. The Operation Reviewer will use the ACCT Professional Inspection Cover Sheet, the Training Affidavits, and the ACCT Operation Review Report Form to create the complete Operational Review.
