Site Specific Training

Our site-specific training is tailored to your unique setup. Staff members will learn, practice, and be tested on the very challenge course they will operate. This training ensures that they become intimately familiar with your course’s operating procedures, protocols, and systems, providing a practical and relevant learning experience that aligns with your organization’s standards.

Low Elements Skills Training

This focuses on foundational skills such as introduction, presentation, sequencing, spotting, and lifting, along with facilitation and debriefing skills that are crucial for a successful group experience.

High Element Skills Training

This program emphasizes risk management, equipment usage, element operation, belay techniques, rope care, knot tying, and rescues. It aims to ensure staff can safely operate and manage high-risk elements of the course.

Both Low and High Element training are offered at Level 1 and Level 2 depending on your staff’s current skills, understanding, and training background.

Basic Course Maintenance

This introduces participants to the essential tools used in challenge course and zip line maintenance, as well as proper tool usage, hardware selection, and basic design techniques. It also covers in-house inspection skills.

Advanced Course Maintenance

Building on the Basic Course, this hands-on training allows participants to inspect and repair a course under the guidance of a Challenge Course Professional with over 25 years of experience.

ACCT Certifications

As an ACCT Professional Vendor Member, ECTA offers Level 1, Level 2, and Challenge Course Manager Certifications. These certifications are recognized industry-wide and can be completed either at your site or ours.
